Privacy

This page covers this website only. Each app has its own privacy policy on its own site (for RetroReady: retroready.app/privacy).

Who is responsible

Francesco Noferi, Via Carlo Collodi 27, 50059 Vinci (FI), Italy (VAT 07313090487). Contact: hello@shpapps.dev.

What this site collects

  • No accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising. The pages load no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers.
  • Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, as any web host does. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
  • Your browser's storage. The tools and prototypes in the Lab save their settings and progress (for example your Chroma Packs collection) in your own browser's local storage. That data never leaves your device; clearing your browser's site data deletes it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what data about you we hold, and have it corrected or deleted, by writing to hello@shpapps.dev. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
