Chroma Packs
A pack-opening card game where every card is one pure colour. Rip a pack, flip five cards, chase the rare shades. The art is a placeholder; the feel is the point.
Open a pack
Drag across the top to tear it, or tap the pack
Packs refill by themselves, one every 30 seconds.

Every colour in the set
Found colours show their swatch and how many copies you hold. Open one to see it big.

How this prototype works
Published drop rates
Each card rolls its rarity on its own; inside a rarity every colour is equally likely.
Rules
Why publish odds at all
Nothing here is for sale, but the stores require it once random items cost money. Google Play's payments policy says apps and games offering randomized virtual items from a purchase “must clearly disclose the odds of receiving those items in advance of, and in close and timely proximity to, that purchase.” Apple's App Store Review Guideline 3.1.1 asks apps to “disclose the odds of receiving each type of item to customers prior to purchase.”

What this prototype shows
The core loop
Open, reveal, collect, wait or spend, open again. With solid colours as the only art, every bit of pull comes from pacing, sound and motion, which is exactly what you want to tune before the art budget arrives.
Anticipation, then the reveal
The pack glows in the colour of its best card before it tears, the cards are dealt rarest last, and a Rare or better gets a build-up, a burst and a chord. A tell turns waiting into hope.
A pity timer
Ten packs in a row without an Epic is the worst that can happen: the tenth pack's guaranteed slot upgrades. The counter is on screen, so bad luck has a visible end.
A sink for duplicates
Repeats are not wasted pulls: they become dust, and dust buys packs. The late game stays rewarding when most pulls are colours you already own.
Built with plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript: CSS 3D transforms for the cards, one canvas for particles, a small WebAudio synth for sound. No images, fonts or libraries; progress stays in this browser.
